These terms cover creating and using an account with CarbonLite Systems LLC. By creating an account you agree to them. If you name a company, you confirm you are authorized to open the account for it. Version 2026-10-04.2.

Your account

  • The information you enter on the registration form is accurate.
  • You keep your password and verification codes private, and you tell us if you think someone else has used the account.
  • One person per login. Do not share the account.

Account type

Manufacturer

  • I am opening a manufacturer account.
  • The name, company, email, and phone I enter are accurate, and I am authorized to open this account for the company I name.
  • The company holds the registrations its business requires.

Property owner

  • I am opening a property owner account.
  • The name, email, and phone I enter are accurate, and I am authorized to open this account.

Contractor

  • I am opening a contractor account.
  • The name, company, email, and phone I enter are accurate, and I am authorized to open this account for the company I name.
  • I hold the licenses and registrations my trade requires where I work.

Realtor

  • I am opening a realtor account.
  • The name, brokerage, email, and phone I enter are accurate, and I am authorized to open this account.
  • I hold an active real estate license.

Supply house

  • I am opening a supply house account.
  • The name, company, email, and phone I enter are accurate, and I am authorized to open this account for the company I name.
  • The company holds the business licenses its work requires.

Property management company

  • I am opening a property management account.
  • The name, company, email, and phone I enter are accurate, and I am authorized to open this account for the company I name.
  • The company holds the licenses its work requires where it operates.

Mandatory security updates

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • Data between your browser, this website, and the API is encrypted in transit.
  • Account records are stored with access controls.
  • The website and the API send a content security policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
